I’m an Ohio girl and now top producing Realtor who chose Greenville out of the entire US to relocate my own family to more than a dozen years ago. God knew we needed Marty! We were relocating from Arizona to South Carolina and someone had given us the name of a realtor. We contacted them and made plans for our arrival. Once we got to SC, we could not reach that realtor. Devastated, we mentioned it to our lender who quickly called Marty! That was the single best decision ever!!! I have never been so happy that a situation didn’t work out! Marty is the consummate professional! She knows her craft! She arrived shortly after the call was made and jumped right on the case! We sat with her for over an hour talking through our interests and expectations, our children, their needs, neighborhood choices, etc. Then we started hunting! Turns out the first house we saw was it! After returning to AZ, we put a contract on the house and Marty worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality! She was responsive, answered my questions (and there were many), listened to our thoughts and always made sure we were well taken care of. 5 STARS. Lots of memorable moments. I think getting the house sold the first day with the first showing. Also she had two appointments later that day lined up.She was great. Very professional and did so much to help get my house ready to be sold. it was quite a big project and she was there to help in every way that she could. I can't say enough good things about Marty.
